Employee well-being and safety during COVID-19:
The health and well-being of people is our priority. We are working to secure the health and safety of our employees and communities while ensuring productivity on all of our sites. Strict compliance to all government and medically advised measures is ensured across all our work fronts. Social distancing and wearing masks have been made mandatory, employees feeling unwell are advised to work from home, all office spaces and other commonly used surfaces are sanitised daily and temperature checks are conducted for all employees twice everyday.

At ISC Projects, we are committedav to achieving ZERO reportable injuries at our sites. The safety and well-being of everyone at our site is of paramount importance to us and we strive to ensure the highest level of safety at every juncture. We are committed to conducting all our operations in a manner that protects people, property and the environment by recognising, controlling and minimising every associated risk to reasonably practicable levels.
The company undertakes several initiatives to improve the compliance of the Environment, Health and Safety policy at every site, including mandatory induction of all employees, demonstrations of usage of the personal protective equipment (PPE), training programmes etc.
At ISC Projects, we strive to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment by embedding sustainable practices withing our core business practices and employing the latest technology to ensure safety and environmental sustainability. Compliance to all legal, statutory and contractual regulations has been standardized across all lines of our business.
